Calley Reunion 2012
This year for the Calley family reunion we all ventured up to Vail, Colorado for a beautiful mountain getaway. We love seeing the family...sharing memories, laughter, and good news! And the best news we could have received this year was learning of Steve and Amanda-Kate's adoption to be! A beautiful birth Mother chose them to adopt their little girl due in November. We all could not be happier for them and are SO SO excited to meet her and embrace her into the family!
So, the reunion started with a "Just Dance" dance off, then some river rafting, the swing of eminent death, and ended with a fantastic celebration and skit at the 70th birthday bash for Virginia and Jerry! I'll speak for us Utah Calleys and just say that we had a wonderful time and love to watch Mason create lasting memories with his Grandma, Grandpa, Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. He still asks us when we are going back to the mountains to see everybody. It makes us sad to say that we are not going back, but we love that he loves to be with his family just as we do.
